The room was fantastic, well-equipped, and had great extra amenities. The staff were friendly and provided helpful local knowledge. The motel was quiet, with a comfortable bed, good kitchenette setup, and nice toiletries. Tim at the front desk was lovely and the location was convenient with attractions nearby.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me. It was near very good restaurants, including a beautiful one right across the road. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was top-notch and the hotel facilities were great. The parking was convenient and there was good transportation available in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel had a great location and was easy to find. the room was clean and comfortable, and the temperature control heater kept the room cozy. the views of the mountain were spectacular from all the rooms. the host was warm and welcoming, and the local restaurant options were fantastic.

The internet connection was highly unreliable, and there was no cable TV offering only a few channels. Housekeeping was not consistent, with insufficient amenities at check-in.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, just like Tim who had the air conditioner on when we arrived on a hot day. The location is perfect, right in front of a beautiful restaurant and close to Falls Creek. The rooms are well-equipped with basic amenities, including a super comfy bed, making it the ideal place to relax after a day on the slopes. Additionally, the breakfast provided is a great start to the day.

We had a great time visiting the local falls and enjoyed the convenience of having a superb restaurant within walking distance right across the road from us. the room was beautiful, with comfortable bedding and a fabulous bathroom. We were thoroughly impressed by the service provided and appreciated the cleanliness. the garden and mountains surrounding the property were elegant, and the location was very quiet.

The shower head could use some replacement and updating.

Right in front, there is a beautiful Italian restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious meal. Additionally, it's just a short drive into town, making it convenient for exploring the area. Lastly, the staff were incredible. Tim, the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering us a place to shower after our morning ride at Falls Creek. Their friendliness and helpfulness really made our stay memorable.

We had a great stay at a hidden gem. The host was friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. Our room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed, including a kettle and microwave. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the bus depot and close to plenty of great dining options. We also enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the opportunity to relax and unwind.

While our overall experience was positive, we did notice that the room could use some updates in terms of decor and furnishings. Despite this, the room was still perfectly functional and met our needs for a short stay.
